Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on the 15th of July, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Brown, with attendance of homeowners in participation.

Following call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were examined and approved with no amendments.

  • Ms. Jones, gave a summarized financial overview outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
  • A number of homeowners raised questions regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed community garden construction and streetlight regulations.
  • President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing clarifications about the projects.

Concluding the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, on the same day next month.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of Directors is presently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to enhance the standard of life for all residents while tackling current concerns and promoting a thriving community.

  • Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments meticulously and forward their feedback by September 1st.
  • A community forum will be held on July 20th to discuss the proposed amendments in more depth.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program

Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more vibrant place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public areas, and encouraging a sense click here of belonging.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the HOA Office.

A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!

Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Via unitedly participating, residents can help deter crime, watch over one another's homes, and foster a stronger sense of community. Meetings will be held periodically to share information.
